Chris Nybo and the $20 Billion Property Tax Increase?

We received this tip in our inbox over the weekend.  It came in two different ways, one in the form of a question and another with a photo of part of a mail piece.

Anyone have insight into this issue?  We'd love to get to the bottom of the issue.
