In Friendly Race, Joe Cantore Endorsed by Chicago Tribune for DuPage Forest Chief

Joe Cantore, who is running for DuPage County Forest Preserve President was endorsed this morning by the Chicago Tribune.  The members of the Truth Team who live out in DuPage have confirmed that they've seen more activity out of Cantore than his opponent Mary Lou Wherli.

From the endorsement:
Mary Lou Wehrli of Naperville andJoe Cantore of Oak Brook see eye-to-eye on many issues. Both oppose proposals to merge the forest preserve into county government. Either would ably continue the board's work of preserving lands and historic structures. Cantore has an edge on experience — Wehrli has served little more than a year on the board. Cantore is endorsed.
