We were just sent this exclusive footage of some advice that the big boss over at one of the public sector labor unions gave Democrat candidate for Illinois State Treasurer Mike Frerichs and his campaign staff this morning.  It is breathtaking in it's candor.  But...we guess that's expected when you are the folks in charge of a campaign that continues to go sideways: you have to be stern with the candidate and staff.  Otherwise, they'll lose the race for you.
